Manage sales order processing with Dassault Systèmes, including special business orders, end-user forms, invoicing and issuing licence keys to customers. Issue renewal notices, invoices and licence keys, develop and support sales operations processes aligned with Dassault Systèmes policies, assist with renewals revenue growth, engage with customer accounts, create management reports and revenue forecasts, maintain departmental reports, drive continuous improvement, complete required training and assist with other duties. Requires 5 years or more of experience in sales operations or software renewals, hands-on experience with CRM software and MYOB, an understanding of the software sales revenue cycle, strong stakeholder relationship skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or above in any stream is required. The role is based in Melbourne, Australia.
