Rotate° is looking for a Design Lead to create beautiful and effective digital experiences. The role involves taking ideas from UX concepts through to pixel-perfect UI execution in Figma, working iteratively and collaboratively with in-house Engineering and Product teams using Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will be user-obsessed, detail-oriented, confident, creative, interested in technology and engaging eCommerce experiences, and keen to learn and improve. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of Digital Design experience, ideally in eCommerce, at least 3 years of agency experience, a good understanding of the Digital landscape, proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and strong leadership, organisational and collaborative skills. Familiarity with prototyping or motion graphics tools such as After Effects is a bonus. The role reports to the Head of Design and offers creative freedom within a small design team.
