DCWC is seeking a student studying a construction management-related degree to join its Victorian team as a Junior Quantity Surveyor and Cost Manager. The role provides quantity surveying and associated services to Directors, Associate Directors and Quantity Surveyors across built environment projects. Responsibilities include measuring quantities for preliminary estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities, assisting with contract administration and post-contract work, supporting post-contract certificates, tax depreciation schedules and bank reports, and assisting with quality assurance documentation. The internship offers experience with leading construction professionals and innovative projects, mentoring from a senior supervisor, flexible working arrangements, wellbeing programs, and potential full-time employment after completing the degree. Applicants must be enrolled in a recognised tertiary Construction course and may be in any year of study. This is an ongoing casual role with hours tailored to study and personal commitments.
