Work 35 or more hours per week, including at least one weekend every two weeks. Kingsmith Care is looking for motivated, compassionate, patient, local people with excellent communication skills. Experience and the right skills are welcome, but carers are also recruited for their personal qualities and attitude. Staff receive ongoing support and supervision, regular training and mentoring, and pay above the London Living Wage.
