Electronic Transportation Vouchers can be used as payment when making a reservation on Amtrak.com. Multiple vouchers may be applied to a reservation, and vouchers may be used across multiple reservations. Transportation Vouchers can only be used once, and any unused amount is forfeited. They are non-transferable, the person named on the voucher must be one of the traveling passengers, and the reservation name must exactly match the voucher name. Transportation Vouchers expire one year from the date they are issued.
