Join Baci's skilled and passionate hospitality team at the Crown Casino. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' barista experience with speciality coffee, high-quality barista skills including timing shots, adjusting grinders and latte art, and knowledge of a range of milk alternatives. Duties include serving customers at the POS, opening and closing routines, general back-of-house cleaning and end-of-shift machine cleaning. Weekend availability is required.
