Testing is available for symptoms, recent exposure, or routine asymptomatic screening. Testing options include gonorrhea and chlamydia through urine, vaginal, throat, or anal swabs, syphilis through a blood test, and HIV through a blood test. Symptomatic patients or those with a recent exposure are scheduled for an in-person clinician visit. Routine asymptomatic screening is scheduled as a lab-only appointment.
