Work as part of a freelance team supporting the Collective Fringe 2025 selection process. Responsibilities include reading up to 12 script extracts of up to 10 pages each in one day, writing concise feedback and giving a simple recommendation, submitting feedback by 3 November, attending a mandatory briefing on 15 October from 1pm to 2pm, and keeping scripts and notes confidential. The role pays £120 per day for a commitment of 1 to 2 days. Extensive experience is not required, and enthusiasm, clarity and fairness are valued. The organisation welcomes early-career practitioners and theatre-adjacent readers, people interested in new writing, theatre, dramaturgy or creative development, organised and reliable applicants, and those keen to support diverse and emerging voices.
