Join ZFA for a summer internship and work on real structural engineering projects across a variety of project types and stages of building development. Interns gain experience with wood and steel design, reinforced concrete, cold-formed steel, drafting, building systems, life cycle analyses, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and site visits. The internship offers opportunities to collaborate with engineers and other interns, learn from mentors, expand technical skills, and experience ZFA's supportive, employee-owned culture. Candidates are encouraged to connect with ZFA at career fairs, which may increase their chances of being considered.
