On-site management role in an urban apartment hotel and apartment or condominium complex with 201 to 400 rooms. Requires English, college or CEGEP education, and 5 years or more of experience. Responsibilities include developing and implementing daily operations policies and procedures, recruiting, hiring, supervising and dismissing staff, conducting performance reviews, establishing work schedules, arranging and overseeing maintenance, managing housekeeping schedules and duties, supervising and coordinating in-house laundry services, maintaining inventories, purchasing equipment and supplies, responding to guest complaints, coordinating inspections and contract services, and ensuring safety standards and departmental policies are met.
