Prepare high-end residential projects for construction by reviewing bid documents, developing scopes and cost estimates, preparing subcontractor requests for proposals, coordinating site inspections, qualifying bids, maintaining cost and subcontractor databases, and supporting project hand-off. Requires 5 years of related experience in luxury residential construction, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced knowledge of plan reading software such as Bluebeam, strong analytical, mathematical, written, verbal, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills. A bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred. Salary range: $120,000 to $145,000.
