Join the team at Bryson Court supporting a female service user to live independently and enjoy social activities in the community. Duties include supporting personal and oral care, clothing selection, medication, healthy food choices, shopping, housework and finances. Community activities require 2-1 support, and training in therapeutic strategies will be provided. The role requires a friendly, supportive and understanding personality, clear communication, enthusiasm, compassion, dignity and respect, physical fitness, and the ability to manage behaviour which challenges.
