Join TC Group's school leaver programme and start a career in accounting without a degree. You will work in Business Services, Accounts, and sometimes Audit, across different teams to gain broad knowledge of accounting disciplines. Duties include learning accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals, interpreting financial data, supporting company and business taxation for clients, building professional relationships, and delivering exceptional client service. The programme is open to school or college leavers and requires 112 UCAS points or more, GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or grade C or higher, drive, hard work, attention to detail, teamwork, honesty, integrity, and commitment to professional exams and client work. You will work towards an AAT Level 3 or Level 4 qualification through a 15 month apprenticeship, including work experience, exams, and structured personal development.
