Join a construction project site team supporting site management, administrative and technical direction across construction projects. Duties include assisting with company and project policies, overseeing daily on-site construction activities, leading productivity efforts, monitoring employees and subcontractors, supporting construction planning, ensuring compliance with design requirements, schedules, budgets, quality standards and OSHA safety requirements, documenting injuries, and advising senior management of potential problems or schedule difficulties. Requirements include four years of construction-related education or equivalent technical training and experience, at least four years of experience in the relevant trade or profession, the ability to lead and evaluate trade performance, advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for challenges and new initiatives.
