Experience in the fast food or beverage industry is preferred, and experience as a team lead is a minimum requirement. Responsibilities include staff management, training and performance reviews, roster creation, attendance monitoring, health and safety compliance, cash and sales management, stock control and ordering, store cleaning and maintenance, handling customer queries and complaints, preparing promotional materials, liaising with regional management, managing day-to-day food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines, maintaining high customer service standards, establishing targets and procedures, and supporting franchisee staff training.
