The Service Agreement Program is offered for newer equipment that is 10 years or less. Agreements include proper cleaning and maintenance in spring and fall, all necessary service calls throughout the year, and all parts and repair labor, excluding compressors. Service agreements help reduce repair prices and provide preferred service response time over noncontract customers. Programs can be customized to a building's needs.
