Join our growing team installing and removing insulation in residential ceiling spaces, roof cavities and underfloor areas across Canberra. Duties include working safely in confined spaces and around electrical systems, maintaining clean and organised worksites, and delivering high-quality results and customer experiences. This full-time, Monday to Friday role offers above-award wages paid weekly, typical 7 to 8 hour on-site days, and a consistent pipeline of projects. Applicants should have Energy Efficiency Council certification, a strong work ethic, reliability, comfort with physical labour and restricted spaces, a safety-first mindset, teamwork skills, a driver's licence, and experience in construction, insulation or trade environments. Training and support will be provided for the right candidates.
