Manage and coordinate the catering team in order to carry out the production of catering products. Duties include preparing ready-made meals, participating in and overseeing daily sandwich and salad production, placing orders, controlling deliveries and storage, coordinating sandwich makers and caterers, respecting recipe sheets, planning work schedules, managing restocking, and enforcing health and safety rules. Requirements include creativity, organisation, managerial ability, hygiene awareness, at least 4 years of similar experience, a CAP Cuisine or Charcutier Traiteur qualification, a sense of responsibility, leadership and reactivity.
