Run Shell service stations and help deliver a broad offer including fuel, EV charging, car care, convenience retail, car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Shell is looking for ambitious, business-minded people with excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen, a self-starting attitude, and a full UK driving licence. Experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations, or managing and driving your own business is ideal. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with additional earnings possible when targets are exceeded and costs are controlled.
