The service aims to prevent homelessness and can help tenants of private landlords, tenants of housing associations and homeowners who are not council leaseholders. Advice covers eviction, repairs, landlord access, dangerous gas appliances, electrical safety, benefits, rent or mortgage problems, finding somewhere to live, rent deposits and debts.
