Details.
Longer-term psychotherapy for ineffective coping patterns or unprocessed emotions associated with past traumas and painful events. Significant changes may occur within 10 to 20 sessions, while 20 or more sessions can provide ongoing support when there are multiple concerns or deeper emotional wounds. The length and approach are reviewed regularly and developed collaboratively. Longer-term therapy supports deeper work in a safe therapeutic setting. The approach integrates attachment, psychodynamic, somatic, internal family systems, and trauma sensitivity.
