Includes otoscopy to examine the external ear canal and eardrum, immittance and auditory reflex testing, pure-tone audiometry, speech testing and other tests when needed, such as the hearing in noise test. Hearing assessments are covered by OHIP. A physician referral is required when requesting a hearing test only.
