Boyce Products is seeking a detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / Assembler to build and assemble custom cabinets and wood fixtures to exact specifications in its Damascus, PA facility. Responsibilities include assembling cabinets and wood products, reading blueprints and cut lists, measuring and preparing materials, installing hardware, performing finishing work, maintaining an organized workspace, inspecting finished products, following safety procedures, and collaborating with team members to meet production standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior cabinet making, woodworking, or related experience is preferred. Applicants should be able to read shop drawings, use measuring tools accurately, operate woodworking tools and machinery, perform general woodworking, veneering, and laminating, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
