Outpatient program for people struggling with alcohol or drugs. Services include outreach, individual substance abuse counseling, group counseling, early recovery skills, relapse prevention, family education, prevention and risk reduction education and counseling, HIV and Hepatitis testing and counseling, linkage to residential treatment facilities, access to psychiatric and specialty medical services, and community support services including housing and employment assistance.
