Responsibilities include leading fundamentals and all-level classes, teaching kids programmes, maintaining a safe training environment, assisting with curriculum development, supporting studio events and growth, and representing Lago professionally. Qualifications include a brown or black belt, certified adult and kids trainer credentials, strong class management and safety awareness, a professional team mindset, KTP holder status, and basic English communication skills. Competition experience is preferred.
