Lead the product team for Triple, a marketplace for local businesses in the USA. This remote role reports to the CEO, offers flexible hours with EST overlap for meetings, and coordinates teams in the USA, Latin America, and the Philippines. Responsibilities include reporting progress, prioritizing tasks, managing workload, optimizing productivity, ensuring clear communication, aligning work with the company vision, leading 15 to 20 professionals, facilitating collaboration, conducting meetings, assessing product improvements, maintaining the product roadmap, setting and tracking KPIs, and refining agile methods. Candidates should have outstanding communication skills, prior experience as a software engineer, product designer, or product manager, experience with US clients, fluent English with a neutral accent, strong problem-solving skills, independence, experience with project management artifacts and data-driven decision making, leadership skills, and comfort using HubSpot and an autodialer. Experience with high-performing remote teams, product launches and scaling, technical backgrounds, an MBA or master's degree, ClickUp, GitHub, startups, UX research, SEO, or international team management is a plus. Reliable high-speed internet of at least 50 Mbps and a suitable computer are required.
