The Openwork Partnership offers a 12 month Academy programme for people developing a career in mortgage and protection advice. The programme includes systems, processes, products, the mortgage and protection market, R01 and CF6 study and workshops, R05 financial protection training, mentoring and adviser role skills development. Candidates can gain a CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice, an enhanced understanding of financial protection planning and a Mortgage and Protection Adviser licence during the programme.
