A one-week unpaid programme for individuals passionate about technology and interested in exploring a career in investment banking. The programme includes global sessions, training, project work, insights from Events, Marketing and Investment Teams, guest speakers, founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs, and work shadowing sessions. Applicants must be available from 13 to 17 April 2026 and have a valid visa for their selected location. No specific degree is required. Successful candidates may have opportunities to secure a six-month internship at the end of the programme. Locations include Berlin, Manchester, London and Paris.
