Provide administrative, analytical, and field support to logistics operations through courier ride-alongs, operational audits, route reviews and optimization, workforce planning, investigations, recruitment support, reporting, supply coordination, and continuous improvement. The role works with Supervisors, Dispatch, Couriers, Laboratory Operations, Patient Service Centres, and other stakeholders, and may include weekends and evenings. A high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of recent courier operations experience, a valid provincial full driver's licence, strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, Microsoft Office, confidentiality, and collaboration skills are required. Healthcare, routing, scheduling, or fleet management experience is an asset.
