Iredale Architecture is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Marketing & Pursuit Manager to co-lead proposal development, pursuit strategy, and marketing initiatives. The role works with the Marketing Director, Principals, and Associates to position the firm for new opportunities and support long-term growth. Responsibilities include leading complex proposals and award submissions, analysing RFP requirements, developing pursuit strategies, coordinating proposal teams, writing and editing content, preparing interview strategies and presentation materials, conducting client and competitor research, tracking outcomes, developing marketing initiatives, overseeing marketing materials, managing the firm's digital presence, maintaining the CRM and project portfolio, refining marketing workflows, mentoring junior marketing staff, and ensuring branding consistency. Applicants should have strong strategic, organisational, leadership, writing, collaboration, and time management skills, a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, 7 or more years of marketing experience preferably in the AEC industry, extensive proposal experience, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with website content management systems and social media. The position offers $75,000 to $85,000 per year depending on experience.
