A cleaning practical assessment at your home by a new cleaning team of up to 6 people, guided by a highly skilled Cleaning Quality Agent. The assessment involves approximately 4 to 8 hours of cleaning, valued at up to $560, and generally includes the kitchen, 1 to 2 bathrooms and a bedroom or living area, with other areas such as floors and additional bedrooms cleaned if time permits. The flat price is $150 plus GST, totalling $165. Assessments take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 8am and 1pm, with approximately 4 hours of cleaning and 1 hour of discussion. Full access to the home is required from 8am, and the areas being cleaned must be vacant of all people and pets. The service may not complete all tasks and has no satisfaction guarantee or re-cleans. Generally, about 80 to 100% of the service is completed.
