Help Big Sofa expand its US presence by supporting day-to-day project needs, identifying and rolling out efficiencies, and contributing to overall business objectives. Responsibilities include supporting business development leads, managing domestic and international research projects from commission to delivery, creating project materials such as screeners, discussion and activity guides and initial deliverables, coordinating resources across the business, managing recruitment and technology vendors, advising client teams, and mentoring junior team members. The role requires a BA or BS degree, 3 or more years of project management experience, 3 or more years in market research, strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills, confidence with technology tools, the ability to manage competing deadlines, experience managing fieldwork and suppliers, and a strong client focus.
