Join an award-winning, RIBA Chartered, architect-led design and build practice specialising in private residential renovations and extensions across North and East London. The role involves coordinating design teams, reviewing surveys and design stages, preparing planning and building regulation submissions, producing designs and technical information using CAD, specifications and presentation documents, supporting and mentoring junior staff, contributing to company-wide improvements, managing the customer experience and assisting site teams with technical design input. Candidates should be ARB-registered, have at least five years of post-ARB experience in UK practice, significant experience in another practice, and private residential and Project Architect experience. The role is based at the Brick Lane office, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with flexible common hours of 9am to 6pm. Salary is £45,000 to £50,000, with 30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays, a 4% employer pension contribution, long service loyalty days and business-use contributions.
