Work in focused three to six person teams on M&A, private equity recapitalization, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements. Responsibilities include creating and overseeing presentations for senior management and client boards, preparing offering memoranda and transaction materials, conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses, managing client due diligence, and overseeing and mentoring Analysts. The role offers extensive client exposure, active involvement in healthcare transaction execution, mentorship with senior bankers, continuing education, and potential promotion within the firm. Qualifications include completion of a two- or three-year Analyst program, primarily middle market sell-side M&A experience, three or more completed sell-side M&A transactions, experience managing an Analyst, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, a relevant bachelor's degree, and four to six years of investment banking experience focused on sell-side healthcare M&A. Strong modeling, healthcare sector knowledge, communication, project management, organizational, and analytical skills are also required.
