Join a forward-thinking property management company in London and perform maintenance and repair tasks across its portfolio of properties. Duties include electrical, plumbing, tiling, joinery, decorating, flooring and carpentry work, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, preventative maintenance, responding to emergency requests, keeping accurate records in the in-house maintenance management system, and communicating with clients and supervisors. Applicants need a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, Tradesperson, Handyman or in a related field, with strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driving licence is required. Access to a vehicle, GAS SAFE registration, NVQ Level 3 plumbing certification, and NICEIC or NAPIT electrical certification are desirable.
