A junior counselor program for campers entering 6th through 10th grade in fall. Participants assist with daily camp operations, mentor younger campers, or work on their own projects. LITs can choose to participate in Primo, Spark, or Techs, attend one session, or stay for the summer. Sessions include practice working with children, professional communication, team collaboration, camp program planning, perseverance, and flexibility. Written authorization is required for LIT self-checkout.
