Requirements include a high school diploma, active cosmetology license, salon industry experience, experience with Wella products, strong verbal and written communication, customer service and presentation skills, leadership capabilities, attention to detail, flexibility to work weekends, and a polished, professional image. Previous teaching experience at a cosmetology school is a plus but not required.
