Reporting to the CEO, the Operation Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating plant operations, including equipment, operational processes, shift management, inventory, stores and maintenance. The role focuses on improving facility performance, ensuring products are manufactured correctly, cost effectively and delivered on time, coordinating production inputs, planning workloads, ensuring adequate shift manpower and competence, coordinating purchasing, and managing inventory and stock control. The role carries direct managerial responsibility for production, maintenance, purchasing and stock control personnel, and includes manufacturing improvement, safety, quality, electrical systems, maintenance, engineering projects and compliance activities. Candidates must have an Electrical Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience, a broad background in electrical engineering, manufacturing and production processes, and knowledge of production planning, procurement, stock management, quality management, health and safety, engineering systems and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving, communication, organisation, computer and team-building skills are required. Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required, while a master's degree in engineering is preferable.
