Manage the provisioning, troubleshooting, and decommissioning of employee laptops and work-related devices. Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware across outlets, including digital signage, iPad-based POS systems and CCTV. Create and maintain IT asset documentation, manage the Microsoft 365 tenant and Intune MDM, and act as the point of contact for hardware vendors. Applicants should have experience maintaining Intune MDM and implementing security restrictions for work devices, strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, familiarity with Windows and macOS scripting, familiarity configuring and maintaining Shopify POS, strong problem-solving skills for systems such as CCTV and attendance hardware, and good communication abilities.
