Associates provide support to Commission Members. Main duties include administration, case management, in-court duties and legal research. Tertiary qualifications in law or workplace relations are highly regarded. Associates are generally engaged on a non-ongoing basis at the APS5 level for 12 to 18 months, with some positions able to be extended for up to 2 years. Australian citizenship is required, and successful applicants must undergo and satisfy a National Police Check.
