Lead execution and enablement for SKIM's Tech team across Rotterdam, London, and Berlin. Oversee day-to-day team performance, wellbeing, workload, people management, operational support, escalations, coaching, feedback, development plans, team operations, organizational improvement and change, and team KPIs. The role requires 8+ years of relevant market research experience, prior people management and development experience, experience leading small project teams, fluent English, and authorization to work in the Netherlands, the UK, or Germany. Experience in the Tech industry and conjoint methodology is a plus.
