A confidential and voluntary meeting between disputing parties and a trained, neutral mediator who guides discussion toward a mutually acceptable agreement. The mediator helps ease communication, foster understanding, and identify interests, issues, and potential areas of agreement. Services are available virtually or in person, and agreements are memorialized in writing. At least one party must reside in Los Angeles County or the business must be located in Los Angeles County. There is no charge to participants.
