Responsibilities include preparing cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks quickly and consistently, keeping the bar stocked, clean and ready for late-night service, supporting private-room service, communicating clearly with the floor team, and maintaining licensing, hygiene and guest standards throughout the shift.
