Tutoring Club is seeking enthusiastic instructors who specialize in tutoring math and language arts at the elementary and middle school levels. Tutors coach and guide students toward academic goals, tutor multiple subjects, strengthen study habits, identify how each student learns best, motivate students, maintain detailed tutoring records, and attend team meetings and Tutoring Club events. Candidates need a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or current enrollment in a degree program leading to a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of previous tutoring experience, reliable transportation, and availability for some Monday through Thursday shifts from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday shifts from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.
