Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, prepare food for the restaurant, hold a section during service and take pride in every plate served. Responsibilities include preparing and executing menu items to specification, maintaining high service standards, communicating with the BOH and FOH teams, supporting daily and weekly culinary tasks, monitoring stock levels, completing health and safety paperwork and end of night reporting, and working with the Head Chef on quality control. The role requires someone confident, passionate about quality restaurant operations, organised and detail-focused, flexible to work evenings and weekends, safety-led, and keen to develop their skills.
