Represent clients in contested probate, trust, and civil litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, estate-related conflicts, and fiduciary responsibility disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests, advising clients, collaborating with legal staff, and managing complex estate and trust litigation from inception to resolution. This remote position requires a Juris Doctor degree, California bar admission, 10+ years of civil and probate litigation experience, strong communication skills, courtroom and negotiation advocacy abilities, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
