Provider Assist is seeking a Registered Nurse and Clinical Expert for a diverse aged care role involving Clinical and AN-ACC services, Strengthened Standards, and clinical project and locum support. The role includes travelling to metro, regional and interstate aged care facilities, building client relationships, assessing residents, preparing assessments, supporting documentation and care planning, conducting audits, writing reports, delivering education, and working on clinical projects or short-term locum assignments. Applicants should have at least 12 months of aged care experience and at least 6 months of experience as a Clinical Coordinator, Quality Coordinator, Clinical Manager, Quality Manager or Facility Manager. Strong clinical reasoning, care planning and assessment experience, communication skills, emotional intelligence, coaching and mentoring ability, resilience, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with care systems and Microsoft Office are required.
