An accredited energy assessor visits the property to carry out an EPC survey, normally within 48 hours. The survey takes around 40 minutes for an average domestic property. The certificate is produced within 48 hours of the survey and a link is emailed to the official register. Suitable for properties being sold or rented, with certificates valid for 10 years from the date of issue.
