The role involves maintaining company websites, monitoring performance, uptime and security, managing website content, troubleshooting basic issues, configuring domains, hosting and email, checking responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility, assisting with SEO and optimisation, performing backups and updates, coordinating with developers and designers, and keeping websites aligned with company branding and requirements. Applicants should have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla, an understanding of website hosting, domain management and web servers, familiarity with basic SEO, and strong problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, attention to detail and organisational skills. Knowledge of FTP, cPanel and website deployment is an advantage. A Bachelor degree in IT is required. The role is suited to candidates wanting to build a career in web management and IT support.
