Provide day-to-day leadership and project management throughout the project lifecycle, offering technical expertise and quality assurance. Duties include leading architectural project design and development, providing guidance and oversight, developing workflows, carrying out feasibility studies, preparing and presenting design proposals and feasibility reports, considering the National Construction Code and town planning requirements, tracking project hours against fee proposals, and conducting site visits to maintain design alignment and resolve issues. Applicants should have 5 or more years of experience in an architectural studio, CAD proficiency, knowledge of the NCC, local council requirements, town planning, environmental impacts, construction methodologies, building codes and planning ordinances, excellent communication, organisation and coordination skills, and exposure to leadership responsibilities. Registration with a relevant state or territory Architect Registration Board is preferred but not critical.
